De eerste minister van Letland, Aigars Kalvitis, heeft vorige week zijn ontslag ingediend en de aartsbisschop Janis Pujats van Riga waarschuwde toekomstige kandidaat-premiers dat ze geen holebi-kwesties op de agenda moesten zetten.
